Pilates Sculpt Fusion | Group X Room | Sam | Tuesdays 5:30pm & Thursdays 4:30pm | Pilates Sculpt Fusion is a 60 minute barefoot class that blends Pilates with dumbbell drills, HIIT, yoga, and other fitness movements with a fun playlist that helps each student at any level become an overall stronger person both mentally as well as physically. Boot Camp Circuit | Functional Training | Sabrina | Thursdays 5:30pm | This high-intensity boot camp circuit is designed as a comprehensive athletic training program, targeting improvements in cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance. The session incorporates diverse interval training methods and functional strength exercises strategically chosen to elevate and maintain your target heart rate, optimizing training intensity. A key component of the program is its variety; multiple exercise stations utilizing a range of equipment and modalities ensure sustained engagement, maximizing calorie expenditure, and promoting significant gains in strength and endurance.
